Insurance Account Manager (Bilingual, Spanish/English) – P&C Summary
- Utilize bilingual Spanish/English skills to meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Manage and grow insurance accounts through exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Support agency business goals with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development
- Act as a liaison between clients and the agency for insurance inquiries, coverage changes, and claims support
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to client inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Create insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales to meet agency targets
- Network with local professionals and community organizations to develop ongoing business relationships
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving agency objectives
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the lead agent
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
