Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, and providing expert guidance on insurance options.
- Work collaboratively with agency staff to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Support the agency's mission to deliver high-quality, customer-focused insurance solutions.
- Develop and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to assess individual insurance needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Collaborate with the agency owner to set and achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
