Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, following up as needed to support their ongoing needs.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance solutions and recommend appropriate policies.
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales to achieve agency objectives.
- Foster ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency's client base.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained if not already held).
- Life and Health insurance license (must be obtained if not already held).
