Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance products and services.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain positive client relationships to support agency growth and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads through outreach and client interaction.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer insurance needs.
- Market and explain insurance products such as property, casualty, life, and health coverage.
- Work with the agency team to set and achieve marketing targets and sales goals.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to address client questions and concerns.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively relate to clients.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life and Health license required.
