Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, handling policy inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and support the renewal and endorsement process.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding insurance policies and account needs.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and update client information within the ECRM system.
- Review client coverage needs and explain available options clearly.
