Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Full-time, in-office position focused on client account management within a leading insurance agency

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Base salary with bonus and commission structure

- Valuable experience and growth potential within the agency
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Previous insurance agency experience preferred (State Farm experience is a plus)
- Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with effective multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to build rapport and relate to customers
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
