Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships

- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through professional and timely follow-up
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Prepare insurance quotes, present sales options, and close sales effectively
- Engage in networking activities to foster ongoing business development

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (required or must be obtained)
- Life and Health license (required or must be obtained)
