Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and timely follow-up on inquiries.

- Respond to client questions regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize a consultative, needs-based approach to educate clients on available insurance solutions, ensuring they are well-informed about their choices.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business in alignment with agency goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Life and Health insurance license.
