Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Serve as the primary contact for existing and prospective insurance clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products and policy options
- Work with a collaborative team to achieve business development goals
- Engage in needs-based conversations to identify and recommend insurance solutions
- Establish and nurture client relationships; conduct regular follow-up as needed
- Identify new service opportunities with both current and new clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a client-focused review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, present options, and close sales
- Maintain networking relationships to expand client base
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success
- Remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
