Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and managing insurance accounts
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable insurance products and services
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to policyholders
- Contribute to agency growth by establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health coverages
- Develop and maintain leads through proactive outreach and follow-up communications
- Establish and sustain customer relationships by providing ongoing support and advice
- Respond to policyholder inquiries regarding coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing clarification
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency sales goals and quotas
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring a positive client experience
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary with additional commission and bonus opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain
- Previous sales experience, especially in insurance, inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and quotas is advantageous
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Ability to relate well to customers and understand their unique needs
