Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a key team member within a State Farm Agent’s office, focusing on client relationship management and insurance sales support.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, coverages, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a consultative, needs-based approach to educate clients on available insurance options, including property, casualty, life, and health products.
- Prepare insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close new business opportunities.
- Engage in networking activities to generate leads and expand the agency’s client base.
