Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling policy questions, changes, and service requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients using a needs-based review process to ensure they understand their insurance options and are adequately protected.
- Develop insurance quotes, present information clearly, and close sales that align with clients’ requirements.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Engage in ongoing networking to expand the customer base and strengthen community connections.
- Maintain detailed records and provide timely reports to the agent on client activity and outcomes.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments through continuing education.
