Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications

Qualifications & Requirements
