Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Full-time, client-facing role focused on insurance account management, sales, and customer service
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required to serve a diverse client base

- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify and address customer insurance needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health policies
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about policy details, eligibility, coverage changes, billing, and claims
- Support the agency's business development goals through proactive engagement and value-based conversations
