Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify and address customer insurance needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health policies
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about policy details, eligibility, coverage changes, billing, and claims
- Support the agency's business development goals through proactive engagement and value-based conversations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Sales experience in related fields such as retail, telemarketing, or inside/outside sales is an asset
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and relate effectively to customers
- Property & Casualty license required (must have or be able to obtain)
