Insurance Account Manager - Summary
The Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services. The role requires the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensure timely and accurate service, and support the overall growth and success of the agency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Schedule appointments and conduct value-based conversations with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update policy information as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain).
- Life & Health insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
- Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, inside sales, outside sales, or telemarketing preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to effectively relate to and build rapport with customers.
