Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, handling inquiries and ensuring positive client experiences.
- Manage client accounts, including policy renewals, changes, and claims support.
- Promote and market insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Contribute to agency growth through sales and customer retention initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and value-based conversations.
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance solutions for clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, billing, claims, and policy changes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional insurance needs.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and support business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Preferred experience in insurance sales, property & casualty, or life & health insurance.
- Demonstrated sales experience, including meeting quotas and goals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and drive for results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base.
- Possession of active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses is required.
