Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Engage with clients to maintain and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Deliver prompt and accurate customer service on insurance products and policy matters.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and sustain customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options using a customer-focused review process.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales transactions.
- Maintain ongoing networking relationships to expand business reach.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to excellence.
- Generate and submit timely activity reports to the agency principal.
- Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
