Insurance Account Manager - Summary
The Insurance Account Manager is responsible for developing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering customized insurance solutions. The primary focus is on providing outstanding service and supporting clients throughout their insurance journey. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads through proactive outreach and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and engagement
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
- Support the agency's growth by participating in value-based conversations and fostering a remarkable client experience
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and agency policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency sales goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license within 30 days of hire
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred but not required
- Previous experience in insurance sales, property & casualty, or life/health insurance preferred
- Proven sales experience in outside or inside sales, telemarketing, or retail sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is a strong asset
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Capacity to build rapport and effectively relate to customers
