Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, claims, billing, and more.
- Educate clients through a needs-based review process, ensuring they understand available insurance products and options.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business.
- Actively network and build relationships within the community to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to daily success.
- Prepare and submit timely and comprehensive activity reports to agency leadership.
