Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly address client inquiries regarding insurance options, policy eligibility, claims, billing, and policy changes.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on suitable insurance products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals, expanding the agency’s client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and service requests in compliance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving daily and long-term objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
- Prior sales experience (1-2 years preferred), particularly in insurance, is a plus but not required.
- Experience with State Farm products is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Proven ability to initiate client contact and secure appointments from a cold start.
- Motivation to succeed and a belief in the value of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
