Instructional Designer – Oracle Fusion ERP Training Summary- Design and deliver comprehensive, role-based training for Oracle Fusion modules and related business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and tailor training solutions to support enterprise transformation.
- Serve as a key contributor to change management efforts by translating complex technical processes into clear, actionable learning experiences.
- Leverage your experience with e-learning tools, instructional design methodologies, and ERP system implementations to drive user adoption and success.
- Develop engaging, user-friendly training curriculum for Oracle Fusion and ERP business processes.
- Gather and analyze learning requirements from stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts.
- Create a variety of training deliverables, including instructor-led materials, e-learning modules, facilitator and participant guides, job aids, reference guides, and process documentation.
- Build realistic business scenarios, simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Ensure all training aligns with approved business processes, organizational standards, and strategic change management objectives.
- Conduct thorough content reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage documentation versions through established control practices.

- Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience, specifically supporting enterprise software implementations.
- At least 3 years of experience designing training for ERP systems or similar enterprise business applications.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional ability to organize and present information effectively through professional training guides, job aids, and process documentation.
- Excellent written communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to distill complex business processes into straightforward, practical learning content.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion training initiatives, particularly in business areas such as ERP, SCM, EPBCS, PPM, ARCS, or EDM.
- Background in developing learning content for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, or similar enterprise business functions.
- Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption best practices.
- Experience with train-the-trainer programs and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Exposure to healthcare, nonprofit, higher education, or other mission-driven organizations.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and user-centered instructional design methodologies.
- Experience using learning analytics to assess and enhance training effectiveness.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Experience Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD Instructional Design Certificate, or Oracle Cloud training and certifications.
