Instructional Designer – Oracle Fusion ERP Training Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, user-friendly training curriculum for Oracle Fusion and ERP business processes.

- Create a variety of training deliverables, including instructor-led materials, e-learning modules, facilitator and participant guides, job aids, reference guides, and process documentation.

- Conduct thorough content reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage documentation versions through established control practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience, specifically supporting enterprise software implementations.
- At least 3 years of experience designing training for ERP systems or similar enterprise business applications.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional ability to organize and present information effectively through professional training guides, job aids, and process documentation.
- Excellent written communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to distill complex business processes into straightforward, practical learning content.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
