Instructional Designer – Oracle Fusion ERP Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training curriculums for Oracle Fusion modules and associated business processes
- Partner with subject matter experts and project teams to gather requirements and define learning objectives
- Translate technical and process documentation into clear, accessible training content
- Create diverse training assets, including e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, knowledge articles, and process documentation
- Develop realistic business scenarios, simulations, and hands-on exercises to reinforce learning
- Ensure all training content aligns with approved business processes, organizational policies, and change management goals
- Continuously assess and update training materials based on user feedback and evolving project needs
- Support communication and engagement efforts related to system adoption and end-user readiness

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design for enterprise software implementations
- At least 3 years developing training for ERP systems or similar business applications
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion training initiatives preferred (ERP, SCM, EPBCS, PPM, ARCS, EDM)
- Proven track record supporting large-scale organizational transformation initiatives
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or comparable platforms
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze learning needs and translate complex technical information into accessible training assets
