Instructional Designer - Summary- Remote position within a mission-driven healthcare organization
- Responsible for designing and developing engaging learning programs in instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats
- Collaborates with HR/Talent Management to align training solutions with business objectives
- Develops course content, storyboards, prototypes, and maintains a variety of learning assets

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of instructional design experience creating end-to-end learning solutions
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual and slide design capabilities
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/360, Captivate, and H5P
- Proficiency with LMS content management
- Experience with digital media and graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrates strong instructional design and eLearning development expertise
- Possesses a keen eye for visual design and detail
- Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Is adaptable and comfortable working with various digital tools and platforms
