Inside Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls daily, focusing on warm leads and existing customers.
- Convert calls into scheduled vehicle service appointments, ensuring all customer needs are addressed.
- Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue targets.
- Identify and recommend additional automotive repairs, maintenance packages, and service upgrades tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Provide white-glove, VIP-level customer service to ensure positive experiences and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively regarding service options, timelines, and associated costs.
- Utilize CRM platforms to manage leads, track appointments, and document all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with shop and service teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales development, call center, or inside sales roles; automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes (75-100+ calls per day) while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer service KPIs.
- Strong consultative selling skills, able to influence and close appointments without being pushy.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; fast, accurate typing (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
