Inside Sales Representative - Summary

- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Agency Insurance Specialists for further guidance and policy options.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate 50-100 outbound calls per day to prospects who have inquired about insurance solutions.
- Build rapport and engage clients with a positive, energetic approach.
- Accurately document interactions and transfer information to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to maintain product knowledge and sales skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and adherence to company standards in all communications.
- Support the agency’s mission of providing excellent client service and comprehensive insurance guidance.
