Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support for infrastructure, ensuring system uptime and performance.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments (hybrid: on-premise and Azure).
- Support server engineering initiatives, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with backup processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with US and UK teams to facilitate infrastructure transitions and knowledge sharing.
- Respond promptly to production issues and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Participate in rotating shift schedules and support data center operations as needed.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities, identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure support and server engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange (hybrid), Citrix, VMware, and storage solutions.
- Basic networking knowledge; familiarity with Meraki is considered a plus.
