Industrial Maintenance Technician - Summary- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial laundry equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Support equipment operators and maintenance staff with technical training and guidance.
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and equipment documentation.
- Collaborate with service teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on industrial machines including washers, dryers, ironers, folders, and conveyors.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective and sustainable solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Deliver on-site technical support, guidance, and training to machine operators and maintenance personnel.
- Document service activities through detailed reports and accurate records of parts usage and repairs performed.
- Liaise with the service team and technical support to escalate and resolve complex equipment issues efficiently.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Two or more years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery; laundry equipment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.

- Technical aptitude with a demonstrated track record in industrial maintenance or repair.
