Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of large retail items accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Use hand and power tools such as cordless impact drivers, drills, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, utility knives, and mallets.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and are completed safely.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone app (photos, scans, and invoicing).
- Arrive punctually at job sites and manage assigned workload effectively.
- Maintain reliable communication and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Smartphone with camera for documentation and invoicing through company app.
- Ownership of essential tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and perform quality work with minimal supervision.
