- Assemble a wide range of retail products on-site in major retail stores according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Ensure all builds are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule to meet quality standards.
- Manage your own work schedule using the company’s self-scheduling system, blocking out availability as needed.
- Use a smartphone for capturing photos, scanning barcodes, and submitting invoicing through the company app.
- Transport tools and supplies to store locations as needed for each assignment.
- Maintain high levels of punctuality and reliability; on-time check-in at job sites is rewarded with higher commission rates.
- Complete daily assignments with a focus on speed, safety, and quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and follow all on-site safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly and handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Access to reliable personal transportation for commuting to various store locations.
- Smartphone with working camera required for app-based workflow (photos, scanning, invoicing).
- Ownership of essential tools: preferably an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- No formal assembly experience required, but mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
