Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of products, including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large retail items within store environments.
- Utilize personal tools and equipment, such as a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, utility knives, and rubber mallets, to complete assembly tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all assembled products, meeting manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
- Document completed work using a company-provided application, including taking photos, scanning barcodes, and submitting invoices.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time at assigned job sites to maximize performance-based pay incentives.
- Manage work schedule independently, using a self-scheduling system to block availability and optimize work-life balance.
- Communicate effectively with store management and team members to coordinate assembly assignments and resolve any issues promptly.
- Continuously improve assembly speed and efficiency while maintaining high-quality workmanship to secure access to higher-volume stores and assignments.
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based compensation structure with average rates starting at $20 per hour and potential for significantly higher earnings based on productivity, with no earning cap.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Physical ability to repeatedly lift items weighing 50 pounds or more and handle large-item assembly tasks.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to commute to various retail locations as needed.
- Possession of a smartphone with a working camera, capable of supporting company app functions for documentation and invoicing.
- Personal toolkit, including but not limited to: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; no formal assembly experience is required, but candidates must be comfortable with tools and assembly work.
