As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling various retail products directly within store locations. This hands-on role involves building items such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, storage sheds, bikes, and similar large products. Assembly Technician - Summary- Responsible for assembling retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, storage sheds, and bikes within store locations.
- Works independently to complete assembly tasks efficiently, accurately, and according to company and manufacturer specifications.
- Utilizes personal tools and equipment to perform assembly tasks as required.
- Manages work assignments and schedules using a self-scheduling system for maximum flexibility.
- Assemble a wide range of consumer products in-store, including outdoor equipment and large items.
- Follow detailed instructions and assembly guidelines to ensure quality workmanship.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time at assigned job sites.
- Maintain a high standard of reliability and professionalism; meet or exceed productivity targets.
- Use personal tools including, but not limited to: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and company supervisors as needed.
- Performance-based compensation structure with weekly direct deposit payments.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
