Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of retail products, including but not limited to grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture sets, outdoor power equipment, bikes, wheelbarrows, and storage sheds.
- Ensure that all products are built efficiently, correctly, and according to manufacturer specifications.
- Follow all safety guidelines and assembly instructions to guarantee safe and functional products for customers.
- Use personal tools and equipment such as cordless drills, metric sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, and other hand tools necessary for assembly tasks.
- Document completed work using a smartphone application for photos, scanning, and invoicing purposes.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at assigned job sites and consistently meeting or exceeding assembly targets.
- Demonstrate reliability by fulfilling all scheduled assignments and maintaining high standards of workmanship and speed.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and follow any additional instructions provided by supervisors or clients.
- Continuously improve personal assembly techniques and efficiency to maximize earning potential and access to higher volume assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly and handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable access to personal transportation to travel to and from retail locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Possession of personal tools required for assembly work, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric socket set
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- No formal assembly experience required; however, candidates must be mechanically inclined and ready to learn quickly.
