- Hands-on assembly of retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and more at major retail locations

- Assemble a variety of large retail products on-site, including but not limited to grills, lawn mowers, patio sets, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles
- Ensure all products are assembled efficiently, accurately, and safely according to manufacturer and company standards
- Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Perform daily check-ins at job sites using a smartphone app, including submitting photos and completing invoicing requirements
- Utilize your own set of tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Work independently and manage your own schedule based on assignment availability
- Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time and completing all assigned assemblies

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions

- Ownership of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to assembling products accurately and efficiently
- Consistently punctual and reliable, with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills for app-based reporting and coordination

- Mechanical aptitude and previous assembly experience (preferred but not required)
