Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, outdoor storage, and power equipment in-store.
- Ensure all builds meet company quality standards and are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including cordless drills, socket sets, pliers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
- Document completed assemblies via smartphone app with photos and required information.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures during assembly and while in the store environment.
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and company supervisors as needed.
- Transport tools and necessary equipment to and from assignments using reliable personal transportation.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver items of 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with a variety of power and hand tools.
- Reliable personal transportation for travel to multiple store locations.
- Smartphone with camera capability for app-based reporting and invoicing.
- Must provide your own tools, including but not limited to: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
