Working as an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for putting together a wide range of products, including but not limited to:
- Grills and BBQ equipment
- Lawn mowers and outdoor power tools
- Patio furniture sets
- Wheelbarrows
- Outdoor storage sheds
- Bicycles
- Other large-item retail builds

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all items are constructed safely and meet quality standards
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Maintain punctuality for scheduled assignments
- Utilize your own set of tools, including drills, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, and more
- Lift and move heavy products (50+ lbs) as needed throughout the assembly process
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and your team as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience with gas grill assembly highly preferred
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to access job sites
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for job documentation
- Ownership of necessary assembly tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions
- Available to work weekends starting at 9am
