As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of products such as grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and similar large items. You will work directly in retail stores, ensuring all builds are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. Your performance directly impacts your earnings, with no cap on what you can make. To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, physically able to lift and assemble items weighing 50 pounds or more, and possess your own reliable transportation. You will need a smartphone with a working camera for documenting your work and submitting invoices through our app. A full set of assembly tools is also required, including (but not limited to) an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, a variety of screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
