Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a range of large-item retail products including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and more
- Ensure all items are built to manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and store guidelines
- Use personal tools and follow assembly instructions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize a smartphone app for check-in, check-out, invoicing, and photo documentation of completed projects
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and consistently completing assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within retail stores
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company management as needed
- Adapt to a variety of assembly tasks and product types in a dynamic retail setting

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations
- Smartphone with working camera for use with company app
- Ownership of essential tools including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- No formal experience required, but a strong work ethic and readiness to learn are essential
