Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a diverse range of retail products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure quality workmanship and complete each build within specified timelines.
- Use personal tools such as a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photo verification, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at each job site to qualify for higher commission rates.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently accepting and completing assignments without no-shows.
- Prioritize speed and accuracy to increase earning potential and access to higher-volume job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and manage large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and communication through the company app.
- Must provide your own tools, including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions and diagrams.
