Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and outdoor storage sheds according to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all builds meet quality and safety standards
- Utilize personal tools, including cordless impact drivers or drills, sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other equipment to complete assemblies
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Adhere to performance and punctuality standards to maximize earnings and access to higher-volume stores
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working in active retail environments
- Consistently deliver reliable and efficient service to meet company and client expectations
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based pay with average earnings around $20 per hour; top performers may earn up to $60 per hour equivalent

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physical ability to lift and handle items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Access to reliable personal transportation
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and invoicing
- Possession of necessary tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and deliver high-quality results consistently
- Mechanically inclined, with a readiness to work independently in a fast-paced environment
