Imaging Supervisor, Breast Center (ARRT, CRT, ARDMS, NMT, CT, RHM, ARMRIT, RCS) - Summary
- Full-time, leadership position in a specialized imaging center.
- Responsible for supervising daily imaging operations across multiple modalities.
- Ensures adherence to regulatory, safety, and professional standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the daily operations of diagnostic imaging services, including radiography, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and more.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality imaging services to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate and integrate imaging services with other patient care departments for seamless clinical workflows.
- Establish work priorities, provide guidance, and assist staff in resolving operational challenges.
- Implement and enforce compliance with department policies, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and applicable laws.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and best practices using Lean or other process improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline and standardize workflows and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the imaging department.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in medical imaging or a related field.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- One of the following current certifications: ARRT (Radiography), CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist), NMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist), ARDMS (American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer), CT (Computed Tomography), RHM (Radiology Mammography), ARMRIT (Certified MRI Technologist), or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer).
- Comprehensive knowledge of imaging modalities and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
