ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Summary- Full-time ICU Registered Nurse (RN) position supporting critical care services.
- Deliver high-quality, age-specific nursing care in an intensive care unit environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Opportunity to advance within a mission-driven healthcare organization.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for critical care patients.
- Administer advanced life support, including management of ventilators and monitoring equipment.
- Act as a patient advocate, educating patients and families on care plans and procedures.
- Provide conscious sedation under appropriate supervision and after required training.
- Float within similar specialties as required to support organizational needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to team-based care planning.

- Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution or as otherwise identified in the contract.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in one of the 50 US states or territories.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- US citizenship required.
- Successful completion of a NACI background check.
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
- Effective communicator with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and environments within the ICU.
- Committed to patient advocacy, safety, and continuous quality improvement.
