ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) - Summary- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a 10-bed intensive care unit.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Deliver advanced monitoring and intervention for patients experiencing acute and complex medical or surgical conditions.
- Manage and administer life-sustaining interventions for medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro patients.
- Monitor, titrate, and document administration of vasoactive medications and drips.
- Oversee mechanical ventilation and provide continuous hemodynamic monitoring.
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient status and execute timely interventions in high-acuity situations.
- Collaborate with physicians, intensivists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a critical care or ICU environment.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Demonstrated competencies in advanced monitoring, patient assessment, and critical care interventions.
