Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of business rules and decision services utilizing IBM ODM or equivalent BRMS tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into executable and efficient decision logic.
- Develop, test, and deploy decision artifacts, ruleflows, and data models that meet organizational and enterprise needs.
- Integrate ODM solutions with Java enterprise applications, APIs, and databases to ensure real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization of business rules to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow best practices for rule authoring and decision modeling.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior team members in ODM and rule engine best practices.

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in developing, deploying, and managing business rules, decision tables, and rule flows.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing business rules with IBM ODM.
