IBM ODM Developer - Summary- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business rules and decision services using IBM ODM or similar BRMS platforms.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable decision logic.
- Develop, test, and deploy decision artifacts, ruleflows, and data models to support enterprise platforms and eligibility systems.
- Integrate ODM solutions with Java-based applications, APIs, and databases for real-time decision processing.
- Perform comprehensive unit testing, regression testing, and validation of business rules to ensure functional accuracy and system performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize rule executions, ensuring scalability and maintainability across multiple environments.

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in developing, deploying, and managing business rules, decision tables, and ruleflows.
- Proven expertise with IBM ODM or similar BRMS tools such as Drools or Blaze Advisor.
- Advanced skills in integrating rule engines within Java-based enterprise applications, utilizing Spring, REST APIs, and modern development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of decision modeling (DMN) and rule authoring best practices for optimal scalability and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to test, debug, and tune rule executions in complex, multi-environment settings.
- Experienced in IBM ODM development and passionate about delivering robust, scalable business rule solutions.
