IAM Administrator (SSO Admin) - Summary

- Responsible for managing and optimizing identity and access management systems with a focus on single sign-on solutions
- Contributes to the organization’s digital security and user authentication strategies
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SSO platforms and related IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient user authentication
- Process intake requests related to user access, handle incident management, and resolve authentication issues
- Improve certificate management, logging, and monitoring systems; develop dashboards to provide actionable security insights
- Collaborate with security teams to expand and fine-tune PingOne Protect applications for enhanced threat detection and analysis
- Drive automation by leveraging PingCentral and onboarding self-service options for users and customers
- Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to create and maintain automation scripts for IAM operations
- Integrate multi-factor authentication (MFA) and support setup, reset, and partner integrations, including coordination with Service Desk
- Enable and monitor IAM integrations with Entra, including federated trust relationships between platforms
- Troubleshoot user experience issues related to Active Directory, networking, DevOps, lockouts, and login errors

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-7 years of direct experience in IAM and SSO administration
- Proficiency with the Ping Identity software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) or similar IAM platforms
- Hands-on experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) setups and maintenance
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with Entra and establishing federation trust
- Strong understanding of user access, authentication, and related troubleshooting within Active Directory and network environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security and QA
