HVAC Test Engineer Lead - Summary
- Lead and coordinate the execution of HVAC and refrigeration equipment testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout all processes.
- Champion high standards in testing by supporting best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures and documentation.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to establish and maintain robust testing protocols in a manufacturing setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming test requests for HVAC and refrigeration projects.
- Communicate effectively with test request originators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Facilitate weekly test schedule meetings to align priorities and resources within the test engineering team.
- Provide support to test engineers and technicians in setting up equipment and instrumentation for testing activities.
- Observe ongoing testing to ensure compliance with key parameters and applicable industry standards.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to test engineering.
- Offer input on test execution feasibility, identify potential scheduling conflicts, and address resource allocation concerns.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards during the testing process.
