HVAC Technician (Journeyman, EPA Certified) - Summary

- Maintain company vehicles in good working order and ensure a professional appearance at all times
- Attend all required staff meetings and training events to support ongoing professional development
- Provide detailed debriefs to coordinators or homeowners after completing each job, ensuring clarity and transparency
- Deliver high-quality, service-oriented solutions in a variety of customer service scenarios

Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed HVAC Journeyman
- EPA Universal Certification highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum one year of field experience required; three to four years preferred
- Excellent verbal and phone communication skills
- Proficiency with mobile devices, especially Apple products, for job tracking and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor settings
