HVAC Technician - Summary
- Execute preventative maintenance, inspections, start-ups, and emergency repairs on HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Ensure all HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements and design specifications.
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining excellent communication with customers and team members.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC service and maintenance for a variety of clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct routine system maintenance, warranty work, and inspections to ensure optimal operation and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) system malfunctions; perform necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Recharge refrigerants, inspect for leaks, and confirm proper system performance.
- Implement energy-efficiency upgrades such as smart thermostat installations and duct sealing.
- Consistently adhere to safety protocols and company procedures while on job sites.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain findings, recommend solutions, and answer questions.
