The HVAC Service Technician (HVAC Tech) position involves working on a diverse range of equipment, including residential and light commercial systems. Approximately 80% of the workload involves servicing residential systems, while the remaining 20% focuses on commercial applications, such as rooftop units up to 10 tons. Experience with commercial kitchen or commercial refrigeration systems is considered an asset, though not strictly required. The company is known for providing high-quality, white-glove service to upscale clients and typically schedules a manageable workload of up to four customer appointments per day.

HVAC Service Technician (HVAC Tech) - Summary- Full-time role for experienced HVAC Service Technicians
- Focus on residential (80%) and light commercial (20%) HVAC systems
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse client base
- Work with a supportive team committed to excellence in HVAC services
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system functionality and efficiency
- Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend appropriate solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Operate company-provided vehicle in a safe and professional manner
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $45 per hour, with opportunities for overtime
- Full-time schedule, approximately 40 hours per week with consistent eight-hour shifts

- EPA Universal certification required
