The HVAC Service Technician (HVAC Tech) will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork. In this full-time position, you will perform installations, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure all work is executed to the highest industry standards. You will be expected to interact with customers in a professional manner, clearly explaining your findings and offering recommendations for repairs or improvements to their systems. Safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are essential priorities in this role.

HVAC Service Technician (HVAC Tech) - Summary- Service, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties
- Work for a reputable Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork
- Perform new installations and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times
- Accurately document work performed and complete all required paperwork
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry standards

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar HVAC Tech role preferred
- EPA 608 certification required; NATE certification considered a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings
- Holds current EPA 608 certification and is eager to pursue further certifications
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
